Adem\u00e1s normalmente un CRM potente le permitir\u00e1 modificar la terminolog\u00eda (renombrar) de los m\u00f3dulos centrales del&nbsp;sistema para ajustarse al 100% al lenguaje de su compa\u00f1\u00eda. Por ejemplo,&nbsp;<strong>Organizaciones&nbsp;<\/strong>se&nbsp;puede renombrar como&nbsp;<strong>Compa\u00f1\u00edas&nbsp;<\/strong>o&nbsp;<strong>Clientes<\/strong>, y&nbsp;<strong>Personas&nbsp;<\/strong>como&nbsp;<strong>Contactos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un CRM en versi\u00f3n B2B<\/strong> (del ingl\u00e9s business-to-business), comprende todo lo relativo a la \u00abgesti\u00f3n de las relaciones con los clientes entre empresas\u00bb y entendemos por B2B todo aquello que lo rodea: bien sean sistemas, tecnolog\u00edas, estrategias de negocio o bien todos los procesos que ayudan a las empresas a gestionar las relaciones con sus clientes y potenciales, leads.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Hablaremos de las siglas&nbsp;B2C&nbsp;cuando una empresa vende directamente para una persona f\u00edsica que ser\u00e1 su consumidor final, &nbsp;por eso un&nbsp;<strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">CRM en versi\u00f3n B2C<\/strong>&nbsp;(del ingl\u00e9s business-to-costumer), puede comprender como antes de igual modo a lo relativo a la \u00abgesti\u00f3n de las relaciones con el cliente, pero asociado al consumidor final\u00bb, en este caso los procesos pueden ser algo similares o m\u00e1s simples.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para un CRM en versi\u00f3n B2C la diferencia principal ser\u00e1 pues que la entidad principal a gestionar no ser\u00e1 una Organizaci\u00f3n\/Empresa sino m\u00e1s bien la Entidad Contacto \u00f3 Persona. De ah\u00ed dependiendo de las funciones necesarias puede ser muy similar a la implantaci\u00f3n de un CRM en versi\u00f3n B2B: Ofertas, Ventas, Marketing, Soporte, Facturaci\u00f3n, RRSS &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#6ebeb1;font-size:30px\"><strong>Organizaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como acabamos de indicar es la entidad principal de los sistemas CRM B2B, por que siempre debemos crear una organizaci\u00f3n en el sistema para a\u00f1adir los contactos de esa empresa\/organizaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los detalles de la Empresa\/Organizaci\u00f3n recaer\u00e1n todas las categor\u00edas relevantes de nuestro cliente o cliente potencial. Conviene analizar y \u00abperder\u00bb algo de nuestro tiempo para establecer los campos y categor\u00edas que son necesarias para segmentar a nuestros clientes (tipolog\u00edas, sectores, actividades, origen, zonas o responsabilidades &#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.axialcrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/SegmentarAxial-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-442\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kb.axialcrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/SegmentarAxial-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/kb.axialcrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/SegmentarAxial-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/kb.axialcrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/SegmentarAxial-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/kb.axialcrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/SegmentarAxial.jpeg 1100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quiere crear una nueva organizaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo hace falta insertar los datos en las \u00e1reas relevantes.&nbsp;Es importante poder cambiar los datos en men\u00fas de configuraci\u00f3n y a\u00f1adir nuevos campos para cumplir con&nbsp;sus&nbsp;requerimientos&nbsp;espec\u00edficos de su negocio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#6ebeb1;font-size:30px\"><strong>Contactos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es la persona de contacto (pueden ser una o varias) dentro de la ficha de la empresa\/organizaci\u00f3n en versi\u00f3n B2B de un CRM. Debe ser simple la&nbsp;creaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;una persona&nbsp;\u00f3 contacto dentro de una&nbsp;organizaci\u00f3n desde la ficha de una nueva organizaci\u00f3n o alguna existente, seleccionada mediante un buscador o desde la parrilla de Organizaciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nuevo es f\u00e1cil a\u00f1adir datos en esta y guardarlos.
