Es un proceso inevitable y habitual ante la alta tasa de consumidores y la gran competencia. Pero la aspiraci\u00f3n de toda marca pasa por minimizar este fen\u00f3meno conocido como <strong>churn rate<\/strong>. El <strong>significado de churn <\/strong>est\u00e1 relacionado en ingl\u00e9s con verbos como \u201cbreak\u201d, ruptura. As\u00ed, el <strong>churn rate<\/strong> se conoce como la \u201ctasa de abandono\u201d o cancelaci\u00f3n de los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6ebeb1\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se calcula el churn rate f\u00f3rmula?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta tasa se expresa en una <strong>f\u00f3rmula del churn rate<\/strong>, que en \u00faltima instancia, en su expresi\u00f3n m\u00e1s sencilla puede calcularse de la siguiente manera dependiendo del periodo estudiado: dividiendo la cantidad de clientes perdidos entre la cantidad de clientes totales en el plazo fijado, por ejemplo, un mes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esa cifra habr\u00eda que multiplicarla por cien para obtener la <strong>tasa de abandono<\/strong>. Por supuesto existen diferentes m\u00e9tricas y secuencias para discriminar estos datos y los expertos son capaces de medir numerosos par\u00e1metros para reflejar secuencias complejas. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6ebeb1\"><strong>\u00bfEs negativa por fuerza una alta tasa de abandono?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De manera intuitiva pensaremos que una alta tasa de cancelaci\u00f3n, lo que significa una p\u00e9rdida neta de clientes, supone una merma en el negocio en favor de la competencia. Los consumidores han optado por otros modelos y algo, te\u00f3ricamente, falla. Eso puedo ser sin duda as\u00ed y un <strong>churn rate<\/strong> mediocre puede estar alertando de serios problemas. Sin embargo, no siempre denota una cat\u00e1strofe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, si <strong>la tasa de cancelaci\u00f3n se incrementa a consecuencia de una subida meditada de precios <\/strong>y en el c\u00f3mputo global el negocio es m\u00e1s rentable que antes, eso significar\u00eda que la tasa de abandono no es necesariamente mala.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6ebeb1\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante monitorizar el churn rate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tasa de cancelaci\u00f3n es una de las KPIs m\u00e1s socorridas y habituales en el marketing digital. Los softwares y herramientas actuales<strong> permiten monitorizar todo el proceso del funnel de ventas<\/strong>, de manera que podemos saber exactamente en qu\u00e9 punto y en qu\u00e9 periodo se est\u00e1 produciendo una fuga no deseada o no prevista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poniendo el foco en estos problemas, y siendo conscientes de ellos, podemos empezar a solventarlos. Hay que tener en cuenta, adem\u00e1s, que <strong>a mayor n\u00famero de clientes es m\u00e1s habitual que crezca la tasa de abandono<\/strong>. Hay que saber leer los datos.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6ebeb1\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo minimizar el churn rate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez hayamos establecido d\u00f3nde y en qu\u00e9 procesos perdemos m\u00e1s clientes dentro del embudo de ventas, podremos aplicar modificaciones e incentivos. A nivel general, y ah\u00ed est\u00e1 <strong>el secreto de un buen marketing<\/strong>, un cliente o usuario debe sentir que tiene en todo momento el mando y que no se le incita en vano a consumir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Convencerle y generarle un h\u00e1bito sin agresividad facilitar\u00e1 una buena experiencia. Pero a menudo es necesario, para alimentar la relaci\u00f3n, generarle inter\u00e9s mediante interacciones en mail, redes sociales, etc., e incluso <strong>incentivarlo con llamadas a la acci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
